Selling Sunset Season 4: Everything We Know So Far

SELLING SUNSET SEASON 4

Selling Sunset may be back for a fourth season, but not everyone will be working within the Oppenheim Group anymore. That’s not the only thing fans should look out for, as there will definitely be a good bit of drama ahead for some cast members. From new relationships to exciting opportunities, we’ve got all the details for you about Selling Sunset season 4. Keep reading below for more on the hit Netflix show.

Who’s returning to Selling Sunset?

Season 4 of Selling Sunset will see the return of Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Maya Vander, Heather Rae Young, Christine Quinn, Amanza Smith, Jason Oppenheim, and Mary’s husband Romain Bonnet.

Even though Brett Oppenheim and Davina Potratz are leaving the Oppenheim Group, they will be returning to the Netflix series. If you recall, Brett’s pursuing a new brokerage; Davina signed with Douglas Elliman.

In more recent developments, Heather Rae Young is the latest cast member to be leaving the original real estate group. She’s not going far though: Jason chose her to run the Oppenheim Group’s new office in Newport Beach.

Season 4 will more than likely follow Davina and Brett, but also look at Heather’s new role too. All 3 cast members will have some adjustments to make when it comes to their careers.

Any relationship details?

MARY & ROMAIN

Aside from their work life, a huge aspect of the show are the casts’ personal lives. One relationship that has been focused on recently is that of Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet.

The Selling Sunset realtor and model did get married, and even had their wedding televised for the show. Later, Cosmopolitan revealed they’d been married for a year and a half before their TV wedding! Crazy, right? Regardless, the couple is still going strong and will definitely be seen on season 4 of the show.

HEATHER & TAREK

Heather’s fiancé Tarek El Moussa of HGTV’s Flip or Flop wasn’t able to appear on season 3 of Selling Sunset. But, a decision has been reached between the two networks that will give him the opportunity to appear on season 4 (and 5, if he wants, since the show has been renewed for two more seasons!)

Speaking of Tarek and Heather, the couple did get into a spat with Christine Quinn over comments she made about Tarek. Christine compared Heather and Tarek’s relationship to that of “Speidi” from The Hills, and said they “go out of their way” to get attention. Tarek responded that he and Heather “aren’t really interested in dealing with her nonsense,” according to US Weekly.

Heather’s said that she’s leaning towards her wedding to Tarek staying off TV. Tarek hinted in the above response that Christine wouldn’t be invited to their wedding, so expect all that drama to at least be hinted at in season 4. However, there is one bright spot: Heather said “yes to the dress.” She posted the news to Instagram featuring co-star Chrishell Stause.

CHRISHELL & KEO

If you’ve been keeping up to date with the rest of the cast, then you’ll know that Chrishell has a new man in her life: Dancing with the Stars pro Keo Motsepe. She hasn’t been shy about showing her relationship online; it’s unclear if we’ll see Keo on the Netflix series.

The same type of arrangement Tarek has would probably have to be considered between ABC and Netflix for Keo. Neither Christine or Keo have commented on the possibility for him to appear, but considering how important he is to her, don’t give up hope yet.

When will Selling Sunset season 4 air?

While Netflix hasn’t released an official date, they’re expected to start production/filming for season 4 in spring 2021 (as in a few months from now). So, if that stays on track, season 4 could be at the end of 2021, or the spring of 2022. Either way, fans shouldn’t have to wait more than a year before seeing the cast back on the small screen.

Be sure you’re following the cast on Instagram for more updates, as that’s where they post the most frequently about anything Selling Sunset related. As always, you can catch up on the first 3 seasons on Netflix.
