Hallmark Channel is giving fans the holiday spirit in the summertime once again with their annual ‘Christmas in July’ movie event. Beginning on July 9, a variety of holiday films will air, including a brand-new premiere, until July 31. Favorites like Candace Cameron Bure‘s Christmas Under Wraps and Christmas at Graceland starring Kellie Pickler are a part of the marathon, plus other themed weeks and nights. Crashing Through the Snow on Hallmark Channel
Hallmark Channel kicks things off with the premiere of Crashing Throughthe Snow on July 10. The movie follows Maggie (Amy Acker) who joins her ex-husband Jeff and his new girlfriend Kate on a trip to Aspen. While there, she meets Kate’s brother, Sam (Warren Christie), and sparks fly. Brooke Nevin and Kristian Brunn also star as Kate and Jeff, respectively.
They filmed in Winnipeg, Canada and were on location in April and May of this year. Another fun fact? Amy and Warren actually starred on a different project together: a drama series called October Road. They even got to reunite with another co-star, Geoff Stults, for this Hallmark movie. ‘Christmas in July’ 2021: Full Hallmark Channel Lineup
In addition to the Crashing Through the Snow premiere, Hallmark has lined up a slew of films that fans will love. From 2020 favorites to the greatest hits of their Countdown to Christmas event, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Deadline reports there’s even themed days/weeks dedicated to different stars and occasions. For example, Soap Sunday will feature Hallmark movies with soap opera stars like Cameron Mathison and Alison Sweeney. The event actually spans both Hallmark Channel, and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
