Mike has a 4- year old dog named Kota. The husky mix was born in New Mexico and was rescued by Mike and his wife. He “loves traveling around the country with mom and dad” according to his dedicated Instagram page.

2. He is Married to Eileen
Mike Tauchman married wife, Eileen Ristau in a beautiful ceremony on January 7, 2017. He says she is “the love of my life.”

Mike is an all around athlete. While attending William Fremd High School, he played baseball and football. He was the quarterback for their Gridiron Football Team. Tauchman led a second half comeback against future NFL quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo in a game during his senior year.

Mike Tauchman was born on December 3, 1990 in Palatine, Illinois.
5. Got His First Yankees Homerun Ball Back
In a career first 3-run homerun while playing with the Yankees against rivals, Boston Red Sox – Tauchman couldn’t wait to get that milestone ball back in his hands.
After being hunted down by security, the father and son who caught the ball struck a deal with the team. In exchange for it, Tauchman met the pair in a tunnel in the stadium and exchanged a few signed baseballs and posed for pictures according to NJ.com.
