The Yankees’ second baseman, Gleyber Torres just celebrated a milestone in his life.
The 22-year old baby bomber has been married for two years to his wife Elizabeth. The young couple had a very romantic dinner outside on the beach to celebrate.
Torres is a romantic at heart. He left a beautiful message for his wife on Instagram. He may have written it in Spanish, which is his native language but we have the translated version for you too!
Torres said, “Feliz 2do Aniversario mi amor bello ❤️ Agradecido contigo por tanto ni te imaginas, seguimos creciendo y aprendiendo de todo lo que viene y las cosas que faltan, que miles de buenas cosas que se sigan cumpliendo y que estés a mi lado para disfrutarlas juntos, Gracias princesa Te Amo ❤️“
In English, that translates to: “Happy 2nd Anniversary my beautiful love ❤️ Thankful for you so much you can not imagine, we continue to grow and learn from everything that is coming and the things that are missing, that thousands of good things that continue to be fulfilled and that you are by my side to enjoy them together, Thank you princess I love you.”
Back on Valentine’s Day, the baby bomber shared a photo of he and his wife Elizabeth enjoying a luau dinner with friends outside in the beautiful sunny weather.
These two may be young but they are living life to the fullest! Gleyber and Elizabeth traveled to scenic Hawaii for a relaxing getaway this past October in the off season. “Aloha,” writes Torres.
Now that the baseball season is in full swing, Gleyber Torres is ready to take his team to a championship! In his most recent Instagram post, he shared an action shot on the field with the caption, “Great comeback guys!“
The Yankees are currently on the road in Houston, taking on the Astros tonight on the YES Network at 8pm EST.
