Please tell us a little about yourself! Are you taking new clients? Do you have a salon?
I am a good southern boy tried and true. I graduated from the prestigious Graham Webb Academy in Washington DC and completed my Master Training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles where upon graduating, I found my home at Jonathan Antin’s salon. As a member of the television show “Blow Out”, my notoriety grew which led me to opportunities to work alongside industry leaders such as Serge Normant, Sally Hershberger, Gareen, Oribe and many others.
My salon is opening in January 2018. Yes, I️ take new clients.
How long have you been working with Olivia and how did you two connect?
I have been working with Olivia over a year and a half. And we got connected through a referral.

Can you give us the breakdown of products you used to achieve Olivia’s beautiful locks for this event?
This look was inspired by 1970s Tom Ford. On Olivia‘s hair, I blowdried my Totalee ‘Mist’ spray (for touchable texture) and Totalee ‘Work’ (to moisturize and nourish the ends) into the hair. I finish off with or be dry texture spray to add more texture and long lasting waves.

How often should you really wash your hair?
Washing hair every day removes our natural oils and proteins, causing our hair to dry out quicker. Shampoo strips the oils from the hair, and we need those oils to help our scalp and hair to be healthy. It’s best to go as long as you can without shampooing your hair.
What’s your go to product to provide awesome shine?
My go to product for shine is my Totalee ‘Mist’. Not only does it give shine throughout the entire day but also gives touchable texture, volume, and conditions my hair. An all in one.
For those who have thin hair, what kind of hair extensions do you recommend?
On really fine hair, clip-ins. It’s the least damaging. You can use a halo as well.
What’s the best hairspray for all day hold?
Shu Uemura’s Sheer Lacquer hairspray.
What’s the best way to achieve the perfect waves?
To achieve the perfect waves it is important to prep your hair with the right products. You should also use the correct size barrel for your hair.
What are some upcoming trendy hairstyles for the holidays?
