Hallmark Channel is continuing its “Summer Nights” programming with another all-new movie called Moriah’s Lighthouse. Starring Rachelle Lefevre and Luke Macfarlane, the film has a great plot, amazing scenery, and so much more. Moriah’s Lighthouse Plot + Cast
Moriah’s Lighthouse follows Moriah (Rachelle Lefevre), a talented woodworker who crafts artistic pieces for her clients in a beautiful French island town. She dreams of purchasing the lighthouse keeper’s residence so she can restore it. But, then American architect Ben (Luke Macfarlane) checks into her aunt’s hotel, and has been hired to design a home for the new owner. Moriah is shocked and saddened by this news, but the purchaser has an unexpected connection to her aunt, and the island, which leads to a surprising summer for Moriah. Will she and Ben forge a bond in the process?
Rachelle Lefevre is a Canadian actress known for portraying Victoria in the first two Twilight saga films. Other notables of hers include Big Wolf on Campus, What About Brian, Boston Legal, and Swingtown. She’s married to Top Chef alum Chris Crary, and together they have 2 kids. Luke Macfarlane is a Canadian actor, best known for his work on Brothers & Sisters, Killjoys, as well as for portraying the romantic lead in a number of Hallmark holiday movies like Christmas in My Heart. He graduated from the Juilliard School and can play the cello. Coincidentally, like Rachelle’s character in Moriah’s Lighthouse, Luke also enjoys woodworking.
