On an all-new episode of $100,000 Pyramid, Ryan Eggold of NBC’s New Amsterdam faces off against House of Cards’ Elizabeth Marvel, and Joe Tessitore of ABC’s Holey Moley takes on former New York Giants running back Tiki Barber. As always, the celebrity duos will be joined by a couple other contestants, as each team tries to get the coveted cash prize. Ryan Eggold vs. Elizabeth Marvel
Ryan Eggold currently stars on NBC’s hit drama New Amsterdam. Prior to that, he held roles on NBC’s The Blacklist, its short-lived spinoff The Blacklist: Redemption, and the CW’s 90210. He’s got 764,000 Instagram followers, and often posts behind the scenes photos or videos from the set of New Amsterdam.
Elizabeth Marvel’s known for her roles on House of Cards, The District, the Law & Order franchise, as well as a variety of films like News of the World. Most recently, she wrote, directed, and starred in part of With/In, an anthology on confinement and isolation. She’s married to actor Bill Camp; they have one son together.
The duo who will play alongside Ryan Eggold and Elizabeth Marvel are: Rich Steeves and Tess Davison.
Joe Tessitore vs. Tiki Barber
Joe Tessitore is a sportscaster, known for his work on ESPN, ABC, and other news networks. He’s commented on horse races, college football play-by-plays, and has been nominated by Sports Illustrated for “Sports Media Person of the Year.” Joe’s married to wife Rebecca, and their son, John, is a kicker at Boston College. Currently, he’s the lead commentator of ABC’s Holey Moley.
Tiki Barber is also known in the sports arena: he’s a former running back for the New York Giants. He held that position from 1997-2006, before retiring at the end of the ’06 season. After his pro career, he began broadcasting sports for NBC. As of 2021, he hosts his own radio show with Brandon Tierney – Tiki & Tierney – which airs from 3-6 PM on weekday afternoons.
