On an all-new episode of $100,000 Pyramid, Joe Gatto takes on Sal Vulcano of Impractical Jokers, while Desi Lydic goes up against interior designer Mikel Welch. Each pair will also compete with two other people, as they all try to answer questions that will propel them towards the Winners Circle. Joe Gatto vs. Sal Vulcano

Joe Gatto is a comedian known for being a member of the troupe “The Tenderloins.” Coincidentally, the comedy group also consists of his $100,000 Pyramid teammate Sal Vulcano, as well as James Murray and Brian Quinn. Joe’s also known for his work on TruTV’s Impractical Jokers.
Speaking of which, Joe quoted a fun tweet from $100,000 Pyramid‘s Twitter account. He was saying how “the answer is BOTH” for if he and Sal were simply being Impractical Jokers or Michael Strahan superfans. You can see the tweet in full below.
In addition to being a member of “The Tenderloins,” Sal Vulcano also stars alongside Joe on Impractical Jokers. Sal hosts a podcast with fellow troupe member Brian Quinn called What Say You? In 2019, he began starring in The Misery Index, a TBS comedy show, along with other members of the troupe.
The two people who will compete alongside Joe and Sal are Greg Burney and Amy Charowsky.
Desi Lydic vs. Mikel Welch

Desi Lydic is known for being an actress and comedian. Over the years, she’s appeared on a variety of TV shows, including MTV’s Awkward, and The Client List. She’s been a correspondent on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah since 2015.
Mikel Welch is an accomplished interior designer. He’s designed spaces for some of Hollywood’s biggest names, including Halle Berry and Oprah Winfrey. Mikel previously hosted TLC’s Trading Spaces, and guested on various HGTV programs. Currently, he hosts Quibi’s Murder House Flip.
Recently, he posted about his appearance on $100,000 Pyramid, writing: “The face you make when they ask, where your career all started off? I’m here to WIN on @PyramidABC! Don’t miss it.”
The other two individuals competing alongside Desi and Mikel are Andrea Rycroft and Brent Sullivan. You can see them, along with the other contestants, in the photos below.
