She may be stuck at home, but Fuller House star Candace Cameron Bure doesn’t let that stop her from getting in a great workout. The busy wife and mom always makes the time to tone her body in one way or another, whether that’s a session with her trainer Kira Stokes via Zoom, or doing it on her own at home. Candace’s Workout Essentials
Candace uses a few items from her personal trainer’s line – Stoked, including Kira’s resistance bands, and the core ball. While the medicine ball is available, the resistance bands are sold-out, but you can try this dupe from Amazon. Candace sometimes uses a jump rope as a part of her workouts too.
In addition to those materials, Candace utilizes a variety of weights to help with her arms and strength training moves. She’s got a set of traditional weights in black and orange, as well as 3, 5, and 8 lb. weight set to vary her routine. She does the majority of these workouts on her Mantra mat.
Candace’s Fitness Secrets
To achieve her figure, Candace works out with Kira on a daily or almost daily basis, including doing resistance trainings, strength training, sets, yoga-inspired poses, and more.
