Singer/songwriter Eddie Benjamin just dropped a brand new music video for his song, “Speechless.”
The music video features the singer’s girlfriend and dancer/actress Maddie Ziegler.
“The story is about an important moment in a relationship where you feel like you’re nearing the breaking point and how we sometimes go to crazy measures to show and prove our love,” Eddie explained.
The pair have been together since at least 2019. Eddie confessed that he actually asked Maddie to join him in the video two years ago.
The day before the music video premiered, Maddie made sure to tease the video to her over 13 million followers on Instagram. “speechless music video drops tomorrow at 9am 🤍,” she said.
Her friend and actress Bailee Madison commented saying, “This makes my heart happpyyyy❤️❤️” Madison Beer was also super excited commenting, “!!!!!!!!”
We love what a supportive girlfriend Maddie is to Eddie. On the day of the music video release, April 2nd – she gushed on her 19-year old boyfriend. “you work harder than anyone i’ve ever met. i’m the most proud and i admire you so much ❤️ the speechless music video and eddie’s ep emotional is out now !!!!!”
Eddie Benjamin Has Ties to Justin Bieber?
In February 2021, Eddie posted a photo to his Instagram that received lots of comments and reactions. The photo shows Eddie, The Kid Laroi and you guessed it – Justin Bieber. Eddie casually captioned it, “listening to some music.”
How did this connection come about? Justin Bieber helped shine a spotlight on Australian artist, Eddie Benjamin in his “Next Chapter” documentary released on YouTube. He was shown offering the 19 year old musician advice through his journey in the music industry.
