L’Oréal Paris Celebrates 18 Years of Women of Worth, Honoring Inspirational Non-Profit Leaders

For the 18th consecutive year, L’Oréal Paris USA has continued its commitment to recognizing and celebrating the impactful contributions of female non-profit leaders through its renowned Women of Worth program. The annual celebration event, hosted at NeueHouse Hollywood in Los Angeles, featured L’Oréal Paris spokespeople such as Camila Cabello, Eva Longoria, and Helen Mirren, who gathered to acknowledge the outstanding achievements of the 2023 honoree class.

In collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery’s Courageous Studios for the second year, the celebration will be available for streaming from December 5 on www.WomenofWorth.com and L’Oréal Paris’ YouTube channel. The event will showcase the compelling stories of the 10 honorees, shedding light on critical issues like climate action, gender equality, and quality education that their organizations address.

L’Oréal Paris USA President, Ali Goldstein, emphasized the brand’s ongoing commitment to women’s empowerment, stating, “As we approach two decades of this impactful program, we are honored to once again champion 10 women uplifting their communities through service.”

Actor, director, producer, and activist Eva Longoria expressed her passion for closing equity gaps, particularly within the LatinX community, and shared her excitement to join the L’Oréal Paris family in recognizing the positive change these women are inspiring.

The 2023 honorees and their non-profits cover a diverse range of causes, from climate change activism to empowering young girls through organizations like Tools & Tiaras and Twilight Wish Foundation. Each honoree was awarded a $25,000 grant for their non-profit organizations, mentorship from L’Oréal Paris, and a national platform to share their stories and missions.

To further support these causes, L’Oréal Paris established the Women of Worth Fund in collaboration with GlobalGiving, encouraging donations benefiting all 10 honorees. As nominations open for the class of 2024 honorees through International Women’s Day on March 8, 2024, in partnership with Points of Light, L’Oréal Paris continues to inspire, equip, and mobilize millions of people to take action that changes the world.
