These Dancing With The Stars partners have ended their off-screen romance. Alan Bersten shared his thoughts about his break-up with fellow DWTS contestant, Alexis Ren on Jana Kramer’s podcast ‘Whine Down’.
After the romance between the two went public, we quickly felt a growing tension between the two lovebirds. When they unfollowed each other on Instagram, we knew something was up.
Bersten shared that their relationship didn’t end well and the former couple had their differences. He described himself as a private person in comparison to Ren, who is a model.
When he was asked about Ren’s revealing pictures, Bersten believed that it wasn’t his “duty” to tell her what she could post on social media. Bersten still considers Ren “beautiful,” despite how things ended between them.
According to Us Weekly, Bersten shared that he hasn’t spoken to Ren in a while and will not be having another “showmance” in the future. Last month, Ren shared that she’s been taking acting classes in one of her Instagram photos.

In addition to being Alexis’s pro dance partner on the ABC hit, he also coached the ‘Dancing with the Stars: Juniors’ that aired during the fall. His team went on to win the trophy!
