Winter is here, and the Hallmark Channel is ready to celebrate with 5 new movie premieres during the month of January! In honor of the new movies, we have a breakdown of all the actors featured in them.

Emilie Ullerup (Winter Castle)
1) Emilie was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, and graduated from Vancouver Film School in 2005.
2) Her first role was in 2006 on the remake of the TV series Battlestar Galactica.
3) One of her most famous roles were in the first two seasons of the Canadian-American sci-fi drama Sanctuary. When her character was killed off after the second season, fans were in an uproar, and wanted her character brought back before the series ended.
4) You may have seen Emilie on the Hallmark Channel series Chesapeake Shores, where she’s been a regular since the show’s inception in 2016.
Kevin McGarry (Winter Castle & Winter Love Story)
5) Besides these two newest Hallmark movies, Kevin has also been in a few other made for TV movies: Love at First Bark, A Song for Christmas, and Hometown Holiday.
6) He also starred alongside country singer Jana Kramer and Degrassi star Munro Chambers in 2016’s Country Crush.
7) Kevin booked his first role as a main cast member for 2015’s short-lived Canadian TV soap drama Open Heart. He portrayed the role of Dr. Hudson.
8) He loves dogs! He had an Australian Shepherd, and he’s said whenever things get less hectic for him, he’d like to get another one.
9) His most recent gig is a guest spot on Fuller House star Lori Loughlin’s Hallmark show When Calls the Heart. You can catch him as “Nathan Grant” on the new episodes this season!

Taylor Cole (One Winter Proposal – premiering January 12 at 8/7 c)
10) Taylor has appeared in a total of 7 Hallmark movies, including 2 other Christmas/winter themed movies: Christmas in Homestead and Christmas Festival of Ice.
11) Taylor’s stepfather is actor Shawn Christian, who you may have seen on the Freeform series Famous in Love, or in the soap As the World Turns in the 90’s.

12) Taylor, along with her stepfather, Shawn, both starred in the WB series Summerland (another Lori Loughlin connection – she starred on the show too!)
13) One of her other famous television roles was on the 2010-2011 NBC series, The Event. She played Vicky, a former CIA agent.
14) Taylor used to model when she was a teenager and young adult, getting to travel to Europe for photo shoots.
15) She was in a relationship with The Arrangement star Josh Henderson from 2008-2009.

Jack Turner (One Winter Proposal)
16) Jack Turner and Taylor Cole have actually worked together before: he was her co-star in the 2016 Hallmark movie My Summer Prince.
17) Prior to acting, Jack worked at Google in California for a few years. He decided to pursue acting after he kept driving by the Shelton Studios Acting School and thought he’d like to give it a try. Plus, he studied psychology in school, and he thought acting would a good way to get into the human condition.
18) He loves music! He plays the guitar and the keyboard. He even had a band called Cable Car.
19) One of his most prominent roles was in the Freeform show Stitchers, where he portrayed Liam, from 2015-2016.
20) He’s currently in a relationship with fitness trainer Tanja Djelevic.

Natalie Hall (A Winter Princess – premiering January 18 at 8/7 c)
21) Natalie portrayed Kate, Hanna Marin’s (Ashley Benson’s) stepsister in the ABC Family/Freeform show Pretty Little Liars. She guest starred in the second season for 5 episodes.
22) You may have seen Natalie as “Taylor” in the CW series Star-Crossed.
23) She portrayed the role of Colby Chandler in the popular soap opera All My Children from 2009-2011.
24) She’s currently on the CW reboot of Charmed, where she has the recurring role of Lucy.
Chris McNally (A Winter Princess)
25) Along with Kevin McGarry, Chris was tapped for a guest role on Lori Loughlin’s Hallmark Channel series When Calls the Heart. He plays Lucas, a gambler and saloon owner.
26) He has a great attitude towards the up and down world of acting. He told Medium: “As long as I’ve done my job, if I don’t get the part, there’s nothing I could have done to change it — at that point, it’s out of my hands.”
27) You’ll see him next in the Netflix series Altered Carbon – coincidentally, also as a character named Lucas. Guess that name fits him!

Jen Lilley (Winter Love Story – premiering January 19 at 8/7 c)
28) Jen has appeared in several Hallmark and Lifetime movies, both holiday and classic romantic dramas. Her most recent one was Mingle All the Way alongside PLL’s Brant Daugherty, which was a part of Hallmark’s “Countdown to Christmas.”

29) She has soap opera experience too! She temporarily replaced Kirsten Storms in General Hospital as Maxie Jones; and then portrayed Theresa Donovan in Days of Our Lives from 2016-2018.
30) Her star sign is Leo.
31) She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Virginia, and she also did her first film (The Loss of Life) while still in college.
Lindy Booth (Snowcoming – premiering January 26 at 8/7 c)
32) Lindy is a Canadian actress and was born in Oakville, Ontario.
33) Yes, her bright red hair and sky-blue eyes are all natural! They are such standout features.
34) One of her earliest roles was actually on a 90’s Disney show called The Famous Jett Jackson.
35) She completed her most recent work last year, having portrayed Cassandra Cillian on the TNT series The Librarians since 2014.
Trevor Donovan (Snowcoming)
36) Trevor’s most notable role was in the CW drama 90210, where he played closeted (to eventually openly) gay teenager Teddy Montgomery.

37) Besides Snowcoming, Trevor has also appeared in Marry Me at Christmas, Love on a Limb, JL Ranch, and Runaway Romance.
38) In late 2017, Trevor portrayed late country singer Eddy Arnold in CMT’s summer show Sun Records. Funny enough, he starred alongside another teen heartthrob, Chad Michael Murray (who portrayed record label mogul Sam Phillips).
39) If you follow him on social media, you’ll know he’s a super fan of dogs, especially his own pups: Dogbert and Tito.
