Hallmark Channel is continuing its rollout of all-new original movies as part of their “Summer Nights” programming event. One such title is Two Tickets to Paradise starring Ashley Williams and Ryan Paevey. The movie features a gorgeous setting, great cast, and that happy ending Hallmark movie fans have come to love so much. Two Tickets to Paradise follows Hannah Holt (Ashley Williams) and Josh Wyatt (Ryan Paevey), two strangers who have both been stood up at the altar. When they sit down next to each other in a park on what was the worst day of their lives, they each decide to take their honeymoon vacations and turn this negative into a positive. But, fate wasn’t done with them yet, because they soon realize they’ve landed at the same Hawaiian resort!
After continuing to cross paths with each other in this tropical paradise, Josh introduces Hannah to a friend from his past named Alice (Mary-Margaret Humes). She lives on the island and shares her wisdom with the heartbroken duo. This helps Hannah and Josh realize that they should stop fighting fate and help each other learn how to enjoy their vacations. Will the duo just stay friends, or could they find the perfect person in each other by the time the honeymoon’s over?

Ashley Williams is an American actress known for TV Land’s The Jim Gaffigan Show and NBC’s Good Morning Miami. But, in recent years, she’s starred in and produced a variety of films for Hallmark Channel. Ashley produced the 2016 film Love on a Limb, and starred in Never Kiss a Man in a Christmas Sweater, Sister Swap: A Hometown Holiday as well as Sister Swap: Christmas in the City, just to name a few. The Sister Swap films had Ashley acting alongside her real-life sister, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, wife of country singer Brad Paisley. Outside of work, Ashley’s married to Neal Dodson, and they have one child, a son named Gus.
Ryan Paevey is an American actor best known for his role of Nathan West on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. Since then, he’s starred in numerous Hallmark movies, including Unleashing Mr. Darcy, Don’t Go Breaking My Heart, and Coyote Creek Christmas. When he’s not working, Ryan can usually be found doing any kind of outdoor activity, be it hiking, rock climbing or even the occasional cliff jump! He also loves video games and all things tech, proclaiming he’s a “nerd at heart.”
Mary-Margaret Humes is perhaps best known for her role as Gail Leery on Dawson’s Creek. After spending 93 episodes on the show, she branched out into guest star roles in television shows like Grey’s Anatomy, CSI, and most recently, The Rookie. She’s no stranger to Hallmark movies either, having parts in films like Home By Spring and A Valentine’s Match.
