The original ‘Full House’ cast was together again for the Creative Arts Emmys over the weekend.
‘Fuller House‘ received a nomination for Outstanding Children’s Program but unfortunately lost to Sesame Street.
Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler on FH) didn’t mind losing as long as she got to hold the coveted Emmy Award – thanks to the Sesame Street Team!
Barber said, “We didn’t win our category, but Sesame Street was kind enough to let me hold their Emmy and cry for a few minutes.”
The cast looks ageless in a group shot from the red carpet.
From L to R: John Stamos, Andrea Barber, Bob Saget, Candace Cameron Bure, and Lori Loughlin
The men of the group were accompanied by their lovely wives, Caitlin McHugh and Kelly Rizzo.
TV dad of ‘Full House,’ Bob Saget commented on just how happy John was that night, crediting his wife of 7 months Caitlin.
“Nothing made me happier last night than seeing my brother John as happy as I am. So lucky to be with our amazing women, Caitlin and Kelly,” said Saget.
Even though Jeff Franklin is sadly no longer on the team of ‘Fuller House,’ he joined the cast at the Creative Arts Emmys.
Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner on FH) was unable to attend the awards show due to some “mom duties” as she calls it.
Her daughter Beatrix was turning 8 and supermom Jodie was setting up a special movie themed party.
“Starting the day off with my little soccer star and the first game of the season!! Next up for today is Bea’s “Hamilton” themed birthday party! Haha! I won’t be with my fellow she-wolves at the Emmy’s today, but mom duty calls!! ” said Sweetin.
