Tamera Mowry-Housley, best known for her acting in Sister, Sister, is set to show off her singing skills in Hallmark Channel’s new musical movie Dream Moms. The movie is scheduled to air on Mother’s Day weekend, and the actress is thrilled to be a part of it. In a recent interview with People, she said, “It’s such an honor to be a part of Hallmark Channel’s Dream Moms. Being able to sing and act all in one project has been a dream of mine for years.”
Dream Moms is a heartfelt story about a group of mothers who come together to help a struggling mother-to-be fulfill her dream of having a family. Mowry-Housley plays the lead character, Haley, a nurse and a mother who struggles to balance work and motherhood. She said in the interview, “I think what makes Dream Moms so special is that it shows how mothers can come together and support one another. It’s a beautiful message, and I’m so excited to share it with viewers.”
The actress is also excited to show off her singing skills in the movie. “Singing has always been a passion of mine,” she said. “I grew up singing in church, and it’s always been a part of my life. So being able to incorporate that into my acting is a dream come true.”
