What are Quevos? How was it created?
Quevos came to fruition when a now 22-year-old Zack realized he was missing out on all the good snack items due to his Type 1 diabetes. A few years back, with the help of his friend, Nick, the Windy City buddies began experimenting with different, healthier alternatives. When Zack recalled how he enjoyed the leftover crisps of an egg white omelette, he knew there had to be a way for that to crunch like a chip. Enter: Quevos, the first-ever egg white based chip snack.
Not only is it healthy, but it’s also low carb, making it popular amongst and perfect for keto dieters. It’s packed with pure protein – thanks to the egg whites – but has that bold flavor of a chip that everyone likes.

Plus, in the two years since their initial concept, Quevos has already captured the attention of major magazines, including Forbes and Women’s Health. Zack and Nick were even on Chicago’s local news station, The Jam, to promote their product.
