Miley Cyrus has been reminiscing about her glory days with Disney Channel, and recently gave her fans reason to celebrate by dropping a hint about her forthcoming album (known currently as just ‘M7’).
The former Hannah Montana star kicked off the trip down memory lane with a few videos of prior performances, including one where Selena Gomez sang along to her hit song “7 Things.” Miley captioned the video: “7 Things > 7 Rings” noting how the early 2000’s generation loved her hit song, whereas now the top track is Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings”, which has a similar moniker.
What made fans super excited was when they picked up on a hint regarding Cyrus’ new album – while nothing has officially been released, they couldn’t help but notice the caption above Cyrus’ Hannah Montana photo with former co-star Emily Osment. Check it out below!
Demi Lovato even joined in on the fun by sharing one of Miley’s Instagrams with the addition of her own caption: “Hell yeah, miss you @mileycyrus.” The photo showed the two popstars posing with colorful sunglasses and soft smiles.
Apparently Cyrus’ throwback posts also caught the attention of her ex, Nick Jonas. She gave the youngest Jonas Brother a shoutout in a series of Instagrams regarding his comments on her posts.
Selena Gomez also liked a couple posts, and left a heart emoji on one of them, which you can see in the tweet below.
And finally, Miley even mentioned Taylor Swift in a couple of her Instagram Stories, saying that paparazzi photos of her, Miley, Demi, and Selena were “not edits” – and fans went wild over the legendary #TBTs.
Leave it to Miley to keep the party going, because after all, “she’s just being Miley!” Here’s hoping we get to hear some of the new music she’s been working on very soon!
