The Hero singer graced the 2019 BBMAs on May 1st in Las Vegas. This was definitely Mimi’s night.
She stepped out in a long black sparkling gown giving the live audience and viewers at home just what they had been waiting for. The 49 year old songstress sang a medley of her greatest hits including “Hero,” “Always Be My Baby,” “Emotions,” “We Belong Together,” and more.
Her adorable twins, Roc and Roe who turned 8 years old the day before were in the audience watching in amazement at their mother doing what she does best!

Mariah Carey Receives the Icon Award
MC was honored with the prestigious Icon Award, presented by ‘American Idol’ alum Jennifer Hudson. When MC stepped on the stage, she delivered quite the encouraging and inspiration speech.
“I was that lost interracial child who had a lot of ‘nerve’ to believe I could succeed at anything at all in this world but I did believe because I had to,” said Carey. “The truth is, I’ve dedicated my life to my music.”

Mariah Carey’s boyfriend of 3 years, Bryan Tanaka took to Instagram today posting an encouraging message and words of praise.
