“American Idol” on ABC is full swing and we just love seeing these extras from the set!
‘American Idol’ hopeful, DeWayne Crocker Jr went up in front of the judges for his chance at becoming the next American superstar. However, his grandmother took the spotlight when she entered the room.
He told judge, Lionel Richie, “my grandmother who is 78 loves you.” She is ecstatic when she walks in and sees her own idol right in front of her. “Ahh!” she exclaimed after she ran to give Richie a big hug.
She had a romantic story to tell. “My husband and I met on Lady,” she says referring to one of his biggest hits. “No way!” exclaims Richie.
“We would dance to Lady and when we got married, we walked down the aisle to Lady.”
What happens next we are sure made this lady’s dream come true!
