Nicole Scherzinger and Kelly Clarkson have more in common than their careers.
Did you know these two startlets both grew up in the south? Clarkson was raised in Texas and Scherzinger in Kentucky. “My husband and I talk about this all the time, how we came from nothing and look at us now,” Kelly remarked. “Do you ever think about that?” she asked.
Nicole nodded in agreement, “Yeah, I came from real humble beginnings,” she started. She shared the single moment that changed her life as a young girl. “At 6 years old though, is when I heard a voice that changed my life forever.” Who was that? None other than superstar, the late great Whitney Houston.
“I heard the song, ‘The Greatest Love of All,’ which is such an epic song,” Scherzinger complimented.
