Famous singer songwriter Taylor Swift will be performing her brand-new concert special after the season finale of ‘American Idol.’ The special will be available to stream a day after the live performance on Hulu and Disney+.
ABC promises to show never-before-seen performances from her seventh album ‘Lover.’
The hour long show was filmed at her concert last September in Paris, France at L’Olympia Theatre. Here is your entertainment through our pandemic quarantine! It will not only show the concert but also tons of behind-the-scene moments following Taylor throughout the show. The concert in Paris was her only Lover Fest tour show due to COVID-19 canceling the rest of the tour.
Vice President of ABC Entertainment Eric Avram said, “while we are all home, Taylor Swift and her family of fans will be able to have a moment together and experience a never-before-seen, intimate performance, and we are so thrilled to be able to offer this to our own family of viewers on ABC,”
Taylor’s album featured in the concert, Lover, was the top-selling album of 2019 in America. The album broke the record for most simultaneous entries by a female artist in Billboard’s Hot 100 history. All 18 tracks charted and was the only album to sell over 1 million pure album sales in America that year.
