Francisco Martin made quite a splash on his first audition on ‘American Idol‘ Season 3 on ABC in front of the celebrity judges.

1. Francisco revealed that he wasn’t nervous at all prior to the American Idol audition, however when he stepped in that room he became so nervous that Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan went over to calm him down by giving him a hug. Watch the full audition below.
2. People are speculating that Makayla Phillips, an American Idol contestant and Francisco are a little more than friends. On an Instagram post about Hollywood week, Makayla left a heart emoji in the comments.
