Miley Cyrus is on the prowl again and this time the pop star is ready to release her newest album. July 22nd is the expected release date for this Hannah Montana alter ego. What's the word out about this recent venture? Well many are saying it has a more "adult - sound" to it which is often with the tween / teen singers out there as their music 
evolves. We just recently saw it with Jesse McCartney,
and now it's Miley's turn. She is currently performing some
select dates such as the one in Utah for the fourth of July.
Even though she admits to being frightened by fireworks, she
will brave it up on stage for the holiday. Miley is also
working on the "Hannah Montana movie" along with getting ready for
another season of Hannah Montana on Disney. You
would think that would keep this girl busy! Not so, she says
that a tour will be starting up soon. Get ready Miley is

Frasco Spotlight!Vanessa Stars for Sears Vanessa Hudgens has a lot of projects going on. Her Sneaker Night video is gaining a lot of attention. (See FTV TV) Now, there's word out that she is going to be in a series of Sears commercials. It's about a girl trying to figure out what to wear for the first day of school. We're guessing this won't air until sometime in August. However, Access Hollywood ran a story on it that's on youtube now. You can check it out on our FTV TV channel to the right. The High School Musical star is back on the music video circuit with the release of the official music video for her single, "Sneaker Night." Remember when Feeling the Vibe brought you her new hit single when it first came out? (*hint* you can find it in our 
blog in the archived section by clicking the archive link at the bottom
of this page) The video's been up on youtube for about two
weeks
and it already almost has 400,000 views. So what's the
consensus
on the video and song? It seems like a mixed bag so far, I
guess
it's a song that you either love or you don't. Personally we
like
the rhythm and think it's a fun tune to dance around to, which seems to
be the purpose of the whole song, something fun for summer.

Jessica's newest venture brings her into "country" style
clothing. Perhaps she is coinciding this new clothing line
with the fact that her music has gone country too. Good way
to dive right into her new niche. Jessica already has a bit
of a country background professionally with the "Dukes of Hazzard"
movie, but even moreso with her Texas upbringing. The line
will feature mostly denim wear that has the "designer" look
to it in a western flare. Is the country clothing industry
ready for Jessica's clothing style? Let's just wait and see.Push Play Does Everything but "Blend" In After a sold out show at the Blender in New York City, green means go for this special group...known as Push Play. Can their myspace be anymore hopping? Well one may wonder, but we're sure Push Play will once again top themselves. With the announcement of their sold out show, and many 
more to come now branching out to other cities and states for their
tour, the whole country is about to get a better taste of Push Play's
whole vibe. Their fans are awesome supporters and always
treated
to the best shows with meet and greets that go beyond the typical
autograph session. Push Play knows what it means to be
homegrown
and very successful. They're even slated to appear and be
interviewed at a large vip conference in New York City. They
have

Now we're finally able to bring to you, "Feeling the Vibe Music Minutes!" It's a brand new web show hosted by the owners of feelingthevibe.com, Kristen and Diana. We will bring you all the updates and news in the music world, hear about events from our point of view (you'll feel like you're there with us), know about the hottest new music acts, learn what's coming up next in the magazine, PLUS you will have a chance to be part of the show. That's right, we want your input... be a part of our music mailbag. What's on your mind? Let us know and it could get on the air. west and
north to south. Going on tour is always an important experience for an artist. It is a time for bonding, learning about their own music, having creative ideas, and seeing new places they’ve never seen before... There was a sea of students from St. Francis Prep enjoying a very special and celebrity filled prom night at the Grand Hyatt in New York City. The red carpet was placed properly right at the entrance to the grand ballroom for the prom. It was a star studded affair with Universal Motown Recording Artists gracing the red walkway with their presence including JoJo, Suai, Lloyd, and of course Jada! Everyone looked quite beautiful in their prom style dresses and suits. We will bring you all the pictures, videos, interviews and stories in Feeling the Vibe style as always, get ready for it all in June! Jada fans, be ready for a lot of videos and photos plus a special interview from the girls. They are an amazing group!   May 29, 2008 Jesse's Ready to Cook After the huge hit of "Bleeding Love" from Leona Lewis,  Jesse's ready to pull out
the songwriting skills
again. Many people want to get David Cook's attention.
Jesse's one of the first in line after his Leona hit and will
be
writing with Ryan Tedder to "get David off on the
right foot." May 5, 2008 Love's Gonna Get Ya So who was able to go to a VIP concert for Chris Trousdale in '06? Whether or not you were there, definitely check out this video. May 4, 2008 American Idol for Jesse McCartney? Well, not quite, but Jesse is teaming up with the outspoken British judge from American Idol. Why? Well, sources say Simon Cowell heard Jesse's work on the song, "Bleeding Love," a Leona Lewis hit. The song was originally supposed to be on Jesse's album but he decided to give it to the 21 year old popstar who had major hits with it. Jesse says it was about a long distance relationship he had and that he was so in love he thought about ending his career for this girl. The song helped him through his 4 month hiatus from his girlfriend and he still has his career! See some more recent pictures of Jesse McCartney. Jonas Join the Zoo! Z100's Zootopia set for May 17, 2008 at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, NJ will be featuring the Jonas Brothers fresh from their big festival out in Irvine, Ca on May 10th. is. Miley performed in a Disney Channel concert for the
"Disney Channel Games" down in

April 29, 2008 Hilary Duff Hangs Up on 90210 While the reports stated that Hilary Duff was up for the role  of Annie Mills on the
new 90210 spinoff it seems as though Hil doesn't want to answer their
calls. She has declined the role and it instead will go to
Shenae Grimes of "Degrassi" fame. Lori Loughlin will also be
in the new spinoff. I guess we'll have to wait a little
longer for Hilary to be back on tv. April 28, 2008 90210 Calls Hilary Duff Hilary Duff has been offered a role in the brand new 90210 spinoff. Could this be one of the first time the singing sensation will be hitting the airwaves again? It's possible as she has been chosen to assume the role of "Annie Mills" if she accepts it. She will play an emo music fan who is into theater. Do you think this is a good idea for Hil? April 25, 2008 High School Musical Reality Show... and You Could Be In It! The success of High School Musical continues. This time it hits the reality sector. ABC is launching a new reality series and are holding casting calls for girls and guys ages 16 - 22 in two different locations. The first is Sunday, April 28, 2008 at the Long Beach Arena in Long Beach, California. The second 
is at Champion Stadium at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex in
Orlando, Florida on May 7, 2008. Do you think you have what
it
takes to be like Zac, Vanessa, and Ashley? Well let's see, go

it!Another side note: Nick Lachey will be the host of the show starting on July 20th. It is aimed to be a summer hit starting out on Sunday and Monday nights for three weeks, then move into just once a week on Mondays. The winner will be chosen in mid September 2008. National Anthem for Boston Celtics Game by Jada! Four days ago, Universal Motown recording artists Jada, were asked to perform the National Anthem for the big Celtics vs. Hawks NBA playoff game. April 18, 2008 New photo surfaces for the HSM Star’s Debut Vanessa Hudgens sophomore album, "Identified" is ready and soon to be released. Her new single, “Sneakernight” definitely seems

the name for a hit in the music world with an unusual twist. It gives
off the fun and carefree attitude of teens just letting loose to have
fun on the weekend. We think it sounds like the making of an upbeat
song you’ll want to dance too. Plan on buying it? Just Watched... Just finished watching a recording of Mariah Carey on Oprah. We can’t help but see that Mariah just seems so much happier and more relaxed these days. Could it be her new diet and lifestyle, her new album, E=MC2, or maybe just a time of festivity for her? We’re not sure, but it’s really nice to see. She was quite candid in her interview as she showed everyone her new exercise plan with her fitness trainer, Patricia taking everyone in to see a more personal side of the girl. When Oprah spoke with her about her recent surpassing of Elvis on the #1 charts, she gave all glory and honor to God. She performed a beautiful rendition of “Bye, Bye” from her new album, E=MC2. She calls it an album that still part of her “festivity” stage, just even more increased. All of Mariah’s songs are written from “her own personal experiences” as stated on Oprah, so you will get an even deeper look into the life Mariah on this album. April 13, 2008 Mariah Carey On American Idol The raspy sweet voiced David Archuleta to the vast array of other top singers on American Idol will have a brand new challenge this week. It is a challenge unlike any other that American Idol contestants have experienced . Mariah Carey will take the leadership role for the 
contestants this week, acting as the mentor as the contestants choose
from a long list of #1 hits from the one and only Mariah Carey.
We'd say this is definitely TIVO worthy... what a
treat to have such a successful artist mentor you. Let's see

too. Right after Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown finished singing their
duet of “No Air” Ryan Seacrest walked over to both
of them and said, “I’m Feeling the Vibe here
tonight.” Well maybe it wasn’t with us in mind, but
hey we think it’s pretty cool that he chose those particular

Mariah Hits the Idol Stage

Mariah
Carey
closed out the big special American Idol event tonight with a new
rendition of
“Fly Like a Bird.” We really love this
song, it is one of our favorite Mariah songs, if you can possibly even April 9, 2008 :::::The What We’re Listening to Corner :::: We’re always on the lookout for all sorts of new music and sounds. Usually the songs we end up liking pop up out of nowhere. One day we had the tv on and heard a pretty strong rhythm with just the piano. It caught our attention but by the time we went to look, the commercial ended. We decided to keep it in the backs of our minds until the commercial came up again. Well once again, when we weren’t really thinking about it, the commercial appeared. This time we paid closer attention. The song started off, “head underwater and they tell you, take it easy for a while…” that beat of the piano just stays with you. Thankfully, they named the artist on the commercial and we hurried to check her out. Turns out her name is “Sara Bareilles” with the song “Love Song.” It has a catchy rhythm and the use of the piano as the main instrument makes it a song you want to learn and sing along to. To answer the question, “what are we listening to?” There’s your answer, “Love Song” by Sara Bareilles…check it out!
April 9, 2008 Miley Cyrus Hits American Idol **review**
So
we just saw Miley Cyrus perform on the special, “American
Idol Gives Back.”
First, it’s a wonderful idea that American Idol is bringing a
number of
celebrities together including Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey, Billy
Crystal,
Fergie, Carrie Underwood, and
So
what’s next for this multitalented
starlet? Well word
has it she’s on her
way back to Nashville to start filming the “Hannah Montana
Movie.” Seeing
that her track record has been
stellar so far, we’re guessing that this movie
won’t be much different!
April 9, 2008 Disney's
1,2,3,….4! Disney
is flying
high on High School Musical fame.
With
the huge success of this movie creating a tremendous trend in the youth
market. So the
question is, will Troy,
Gabriella, Sharpay and company be back, played as the same
people…the very
popular Zac Efron, Vanessa
Hudgens, and Ashley Tisdale?
Well there’s a possibility that may not
happen. With High
School Musical 3
waiting in the wings to hit the big screen cinemas, Disney does not
want to
stop there. Rich
Ross confirmed that
“we are writing ‘High School Musical
4’”
While there is
still a possibility the cast will be back, only time will tell if that
really
happens. As Zac Efron already said
regarding the third HSM, “it’s the third
act.
This is the legacy that we leave…I think it’s
going to be a good way to
go out with a bang.”
